| First Day Covers are probably the most highly recognised feature of stamp collections. They can be as far back as 1840, but not many of these exist today. We do have a number of pre-decimal covers such as England Winners, 'Battle of Britain', 'Battle of Hastings', and 'Red Cross Centenary'. The majority of the decimal covers range from early 1978 to mid July 1985. Of these, many carry the exclusive franking relating to the theme of that issue. | ||||||||||||||||
