| As you may know, virtually all PHQ cards have a variation showing where they were franked. Depending on the rarity of that issue and posting area, the value increases or decreases. From the early days, not many were issued. The price list indicates the area where they were posted.
The list covers many of the coverted PHQ issues, such as those between 1975 and 1977. Other collectable cards are as follows:-Liverpool and Manchester Railway
